Job Opportunity – Medical/Telemetry Registered Nurse – Georgia

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Schedule: 32-bed unit serving adult and older adult population with 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio

Highlights:

• Medical/Telemetry unit specializing in trauma patients and acute care requiring heparin drips and critical medications
• EPIC EMR system utilized for documentation and patient care coordination
• Specialized geriatric equipment available including gait belts, geriatric chairs, and physical therapy equipment
• Opportunity to work with a dedicated adult and geriatric patient population in an acute care setting
• No return-to-office requirements for administrative tasks
• Prior NICHE (Nurses Improving Care for Healthsystem Elders) training highly valued

Requirements:

• Active Georgia RN license (or ability to obtain)
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required
• Documented medical/telemetry experience mandatory with completed skills checklist
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings a strong plus
• Badge-appropriate photo and complete demographic information required for credentialing
