About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Get Blue to lead the innovative commercial ecosystems and platform growth that are essential to the organization's mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the vision, strategy, and long-term expansion of the Get Blue initiative, with a focus on building a culturally relevant, revenue-generating movement. This role requires a senior leader with a proven track record in brand and consumer platform development, as well as strong commercial and partnership acumen. The VP will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to drive the commercial strategy, operating model, and partner growth agenda, and will be expected to translate the global water crisis into a compelling platform that attracts the interest and investment of brands, creators, and consumers. Key responsibilities for the VP, Get Blue include brand, creative, and cultural leadership, overseeing partnerships and ecosystem growth, and team leadership to ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in building brands, consumer platforms, and social impact initiatives, with a background that spans global brands, corporate and nonprofit sectors, and various creative and media partners. They should be adept at engaging diverse stakeholders and be committed to the mission of the organization. The role demands a leader who can balance innovation with operational rigor, and who is capable of mentoring senior leaders and building collaborative, cross-functional teams. While nonprofit experience is beneficial, it is not required, and the candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to link marketing investments to revenue, engagement, or fundraising outcomes.
