About the Role
The Company is seeking an Area Vice President of Sales to join their mission of delivering the right care, at the right time, in the right place. The successful candidate will be a key player in the growth of the home care industry, acting as a vital link between patients in need of care and the service line providers. This role requires a dedicated professional with a proven track record in sales, marketing, or a related field within the healthcare industry. The Area Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading and developing their team, driving innovation, and ensuring the highest standards of excellence in line with the company's values. Applicants for the Area Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related health field, with a preference for a Registered Nurse (RN) qualification. A minimum of 7 years' experience in a relevant field, including 4 years in a supervisory role, is essential. The role demands a leader with strong decision-making, leadership, and financial management skills, who is committed to the company's mission and can advocate for both the patients and the organization. The position also requires reliable transportation, the ability to travel up to 80% of the time, and a passion for making a real difference in the lives of others.
