Title : Office Assistant (Part time, 24 hours per week)

Responsible to: President

Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the President this position provides support for the President and the Management team in a variety of business activities to include but not limited to the functions listed below:

Essential Functions:

This role provides administrative and clerical support across multiple functions, including customer record management and inventory control.  The Clerical person is responsible for answering the phone, entering service orders, maintaining accurate records for customers, managing document filing systems and receiving and staging inventory.  This position ensures smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and provide general administrative support

Update project databases, work orders and inventory logs.

Receive inventory and stage for projects

Support continuous improvement of inventory processes

File, organize, and update customer files (physical and digital)

Ensure accuracy and completeness of client documentation in relevant systems

Assist in preparing customer files for use in active projects

Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of all customer-related information

Assist with organizing storage areas and improving inventory workflow
