As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you'll play a key role in managing incoming and outgoing materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting production operations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process shipments using the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods Create bills of lading and verify shipments against work orders Receive and inspect incoming materials to ensure accuracy Sort, package, label, and track inventory and shipments Deliver materials to production teams and designated project locations Investigate shipment discrepancies and track proof of delivery when needed Support warehouse organization and continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S activities Participate in cycle counts and inventory accuracy efforts Maintain shipping and receiving records within the ERP system Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, and forklifts (as trained) Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred 3-5 years of warehouse, inventory, or shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Experience using ERP systems such as SyteLine preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset Ability to work effectively with coworkers, customers, and vendors Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent use of hands and arms for handling materials Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. occasionally Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment and safely perform physical tasks required for shipping and receiving functions At EnSight, you'll be part of a team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering quality solutions to our customers.
