Expertly set up and operate BLM CNC tube benders (e.g., ELECT, 3-Cnc, Smart) for left/right, fixed/variable radius, and multi-stack bending.

Program, edit, and optimize bending programs using BLM software to maximize efficiency and part quality, ensuring "right first time" production.

Utilize All-In-One technology to compensate for material elongation, ensuring finished geometries meet blueprints and tolerance specifications.

Select, install, and adjust tooling (mandrels, pressure dies, clamps) for specific tube sizes and radii.

Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or software issues.

Lead, train, and support junior operators, manage shift production schedules, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Proficient in CNC bending technology, particularly BLM Group machinery.

Strong ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and geometric tolerances.

Experience with VGP3D software is highly preferred.

3-5+ years in high-precision tube bending, with experience in automotive or complex manufacturing.

Strong mechanical aptitude to resolve production issues.
