Your Mission & Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives, fostering a culture of service, accountability, and continuous improvement. Drive new business development across your region by setting ambitious goals, supporting prospecting efforts, and identifying strategic opportunities for growth. Monitor and analyze sales performance; provide actionable feedback, set clear expectations, and celebrate wins. Collaborate with company leadership to align regional sales strategies with overall business objectives.
