Crisis Intervention Virtual Assistant

To support a vital crisis intervention hotline, the part-time Virtual Assistant will manage incoming calls, provide immediate assistance, and connect individuals to appropriate resources while working remotely and accommodating night shifts and weekends. Key responsibilities Answer and manage crisis hotline calls, providing immediate support and assistance Triage and assess the needs of callers to offer appropriate crisis intervention Document all calls and interventions accurately in the electronic health record system Required qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) Courses in psychology, sociology, or related fields are highly preferred Experience in a mental health or crisis intervention setting is a plus Must be willing to work night shifts and weekends to support the 24/7 operation Proven experience as a virtual assistant or crisis hotline operator
