We’re a fast-growing Estate Planning and Probate law firm looking for a Client Relations Specialist to be the warm, capable first point of contact for new, existing, and former clients. Responsibilities What You\'ll Do: Speak with potential clients who have reached out via phone, email, or web form Conduct structured discovery calls using proven scripts Ask smart questions to understand client needs and goals Book qualified leads into consultations with our attorneys and case managers Keep detailed notes in our CRM and track follow-ups Reconnect with leads who cancel, no-show, or delay decisions Handle questions from prospective, existing, and former clients.
