What You'll Do Be the primary contact for customers throughout the service experience. Schedule service appointments and prepare accurate repair orders. Explain recommended maintenance, repairs, and associated costs. Communicate with technicians to provide updates and ensure quality repairs. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and deliver an ownership experience. Review completed repairs with customers and ensure complete satisfaction before vehicle delivery. Help achieve departmental sales, CSI, and customer retention goals while maintaining accurate documentation. What You'll Bring Must have 2+ years of prior Service Advisor experience required; BMW or luxury automotive experience. Commitment to customer satisfaction and retention. Team player and accountability. CDK experience. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The California pay range for this position is $7,500.00 - $11,000.00 monthly. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
