Patient TV Support Representative - Part Time (Mon, Tu, Fri, Sat)

At Uniguest , we believe technology can make a hospital stay more comfortable and connected. We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused Part-Time Patient TV Support Representative to join our pCare Services team.

In this role, you'll provide in-person support to hospital patients and staff, helping them use bedside TVs and other technology that keeps them informed, entertained, and connected during their stay. You'll troubleshoot simple issues, answer questions, and ensure every patient has a positive experience with our services.

pCare by Uniguest delivers a variety of technology solutions in hospitals, including bedside TV systems, digital signage, mobile applications, and video conferencing. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, is comfortable using computers, and can accurately complete basic documentation and payment records.

Shifts& Locations

1. Staten Island South
Address: 375 Seguine Ave, Staten Island, NY 10309
Day: Friday
Shift: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM

2. Richmond University Medical Center
Address: 355 Bard Ave, Staten Island, NY 10310
Days: Monday and Saturday
Shift: 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM

3. Staten Island North
Address: 475 Seaview Ave, Staten Island, NY 10305
Day: Tuesday
Shift: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to our customers, who include patients and hospital staff, to ensure services meet or exceed customers’ expectations
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues affecting services
• Familiarize customers with the use of our interactive system and its features
• Replace small defective equipment as needed (tv, pillow speakers, phones)
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience & Skills

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Customer service experience 1 year is preferred

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work onsite at hospitals daily and travel between each location as needed 
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and climb a 6-foot ladder
• Must meet hospital requirements for immunizations and screenings; this includes COVID-19 vaccination and Flu vaccination
