Member Support Representative (Temporary Part-Time) (Fully Remote)

Deliver empathetic and efficient live support for member inquiries across phone and digital channels. Accurately document interactions and navigate knowledge bases to provide immediate solutions. You will: Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound member inquiries and resolve issues on the spot. Perform real-time eligibility checks and assist with troubleshooting platform and account problems. Collaborate with peers and external vendors to manage incentive offerings. You are: A strong communicator who adjusts style to fit various situations. A disciplined self-motivator who stays focused in a remote environment. Resilient and quick to adapt to changes in workflows and processes. You have: Prior remote experience in a call-center environment (preferred). Ability to communicate complex information concisely.
