With a global reputation and deep expertise in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the world, we’re now looking for a Client Account Manager to join our Phoenix office and lead the charge on client partnerships, account growth, and new business acquisition. This is a recruitment role, but purely client-facing. You won’t be sourcing candidates day to day; instead, you’ll be focused on building new client relationships, winning new business, and expanding existing accounts across the Data & Analytics space. You’ll partner with our internal delivery team to ensure clients get the talent they need, while you focus on creating opportunities and driving revenue. The Opportunity This is a commercial, sales-focused role ideal for someone who loves the client and business development side of recruitment. You’ll take full ownership of building out your patch, proactively approaching new prospects, pitching Harnham’s services, and winning new roles. At the same time, you’ll nurture and expand existing client relationships, identifying further opportunities, ensuring exceptional service, and building long-term partnerships. What You’ll Be Doing Driving business development: identifying, pitching, and onboarding new clients Building and managing ongoing client relationships to ensure repeat business Negotiating terms and driving cross-sell/up-sell opportunities Creating and executing strategic account plans to maximise revenue Becoming a key part of our Phoenix office growth journey Why Harnham?
