As a Talent Outreach Specialist within PNC's Talent Acquisition & Outreach organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL or Cleveland, OH.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Job Description

• Executes recruiting and talent outreach events, initiatives and programs within assigned talent segments and businesses, aligned with business objectives and talent priorities.
• Supports business leaders, and recruiting partners in fulfilling objectives to attract, hire and retain underrepresented talent at all levels. This may include all activities of the recruiting cycle (sourcing, interviewing, making offers, etc.) as assigned.
• Identifies, develops and manages the relationships with internal and external partners/organizations that expand PNC's outreach into new communities of talent, develop the future workforce, increase access to underrepresented talent pools and the advance the recognition of PNC's employment brand and employer value proposition.
• Responsible for organization, planning and execution of key talent outreach events and programs. Serves as primary liaison for prospective candidates in partnership with recruiting and sourcing teams. Uses various technologies to manage talent pipelines.
• Uses metrics and analytics to demonstrate effectiveness of programs, partnerships and outreach initiatives.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $75,625.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
