Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Bilingual Therapies is hiring Paraprofessionals to support the Vista Unified School District AM/PM Program for the 2026-2027 school year. We're looking for dependable individuals who are passionate about supporting students in a school-based setting. Candidates may work morning shifts, afternoon shifts, or both, depending on their availability and district needs.
Pay:
• $20/hr
• W2 Contract
• Weekly pay every Friday
Available Schedules:
AM Program
• Monday-Friday: 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM
PM Program
• Monday: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Tuesday-Friday: 2:18 PM - 6:00 PM
Candidates may be considered for AM, PM, or both schedules based on availability.
Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 or classroom support to students
• Assist students with behavioral, academic, and social needs
• Support classroom routines and daily activities
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
• ABA or behavioral experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable supporting students at different school sites as needed
