This role is well-suited for early- to mid-career clinicians looking for meaningful work, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative clinical environment. You will provide comprehensive medical care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, work closely with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to high-quality, patient-centered care. This position offers autonomy, consistency, and the opportunity to build strong clinical relationships.
