Build the Dream Team: Coach, mentor, and inspire a front-of-house staff of 20+ team members to deliver unforgettable guest experiences. Own the Liquid Art: Drive our Bar Program from top to bottom—this includes innovative drink creation, product selection, staff training, and ordering. Tag-Team Leadership: Stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the General Manager to keep the business thriving and growing. Who You Are Experienced: You have 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management under your belt. Stable: Your resume shows consistency—no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years. Knowledgeable: You possess a deep love and strong knowledge of food, wine, craft spirits, and top-tier guest service. An Energy Elevator: You bring an upbeat, positive, go-getter personality and a genuine willingness to keep learning.
