This is a hands-on, highly service-oriented position where you will work closely with employees, new hires, and executives while taking ownership of internal IT operations.The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with an internal customer-service mindset. You should be responsive, collaborative, and proactive about communicating with users throughout the troubleshooting process rather than simply resolving issues behind the scenes.ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on IT support to employees and executives, owning issues from initial request through resolutionMaintain consistent communication with internal users while troubleshooting and resolving technical issuesPartner with employees to understand their needs and recommend practical technology solutionsManage employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware, accounts, application access, and permissionsAdminister Google Workspace, including user management, access, configurations, and licensingSupport a primarily MacOS environment and manage endpoints through MDMHandle laptop provisioning, device policies, inventory, and hardware lifecycleManage IAM/SSO, SaaS applications, user permissions, and access provisioningSupport corporate networking, including wireless, VPN, DNS, firewalls, and connectivityCoordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when neededSupport conference rooms and other office technologyMaintain IT documentation and continuously improve internal IT processes as the organization growsRequired Qualifications5+ years of hands-on IT experiencePrevious experience supporting employees in a startup or fast-growing technology environmentStrong MacOS support and administration experienceStrong hands-on experience with Google WorkspaceExperience with MDM and endpoint managementExperience managing employee onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioningWorking knowledge of IAM/SSO and corporate networkingStrong internal customer-service skills with experience supporting both technical and nontechnical employeesHighly responsive and communicative approach to troubleshooting and issue resolutionAbility to work collaboratively and consultatively with employees and executivesComfortable taking ownership of issues and working independentlyMust be comfortable working fully on-site in El SegundoNice to HaveSaaS or technology startup experienceExperience providing high-touch executive supportAWS or GCP IAM exposureExperience managing IT vendors or MSPsExperience supporting security operations environmentsExperience coordinating office technology projects, moves, or cablingCompensation $120,000–$140,000 base salary + equitySpecialization: Technical Support, System Administration Motion Recruitment
