We are seeking a customer-focused Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support to internal users. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Responsibilities: Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, chat, and in person Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals Create, document, and resolve support tickets in the IT ticketing system Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary Set up user accounts, passwords, and access permissions Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including equipment deployment Document solutions and maintain accurate technical records Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting service level expectations Qualifications: 1–3 years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 Experience supporting Active Directory, Azure AD, or Entra ID preferred Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or Freshservice Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Experience supporting printers, VPNs, and remote users Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus Preferred Skills: Microsoft Intune or Endpoint Manager Remote support tools Hardware deployment and imaging Multi-site or hybrid workforce support Why Join Us?
