As a Security Officer Patrol Security Clearance in Carrollton, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a defense-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying designated personnel and documenting observed activity.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and/or restricted areas in support of access control requirements and established location protocols.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports on daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance or security-related concerns observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 or more years of security-related experience is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
