Key Responsibilities This role will coordinate the delivery of all DCOps procedures for Data Center builds, managing the efforts of Technical Writers, Subject Matter Experts, and site leadership. Though our team, TW (Technical Writer), person is expected to deliver Data Center Operations related documentation. The delivered content consists of the following documentation types expected: BCPs (Business Continuity Plans): Strategic plans focused on campus resilience and incident response to maintain overall operations. EOPs (Emergency Operating Procedures): Immediate action steps for decision-making, escalation, and mitigation during critical infrastructure or life-safety incidents. SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures): Step-by-step instructions on how to operate data center equipment, including starting, stopping, transferring, or setting it up for maintenance. MOPs (Maintenance Operating Procedures): Instructions detailing how to perform scheduled, periodic preventive maintenance tasks on equipment. At HCLTech, you'll supercharge your potential. Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
