What You'll Do

Oversee the MDS process and resident assessments

Ensure accurate, timely MDS completion and regulatory compliance

Coordinate care planning with interdisciplinary teams

Support Medicare and Managed Care requirements

Drive quality outcomes and reimbursement accuracy

Serve as a key clinical and operational partner within the facility

What You'll Need

Current Washington RN license (or NLC-eligible)

Previous MDS Coordinator experience

Strong knowledge of the RAI process and case management

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to meet all employment screening requirements
