Description The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) and oversee patients in Des Moines, IA ! Located within the organization's Wellness Center, this role will see a variety of patient populations from children to older adults. LISW, LMHC, & LMFT encourage to apply! Position Highlights: Work/Life Balance: flexible schedule of Monday - Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm with no weekends or call Full-Time Role : 40 hours/week seeing on average 6 patients per day Financial Support: Eligible for student loan repayment through state & federal programs EHR: Epic Competitive Salary: offering competitive, negotiable salary based upon experience with options for relocation available Benefits: Licensing and Professional Subscriptions: Reimbursement provided. Requirements Graduation from accredited master's social work, counseling, marriage/family therapy and/or behavioral health education program. Licensed as behavioral health professional to practice independently in Iowa (LISW, LMFT, or LMHC) BLS, ACLS or ATLS certification required. 1-2 years of behavioral health experience preferred Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Iowa Primary Care Association, Inc.
