Join Ennoble Care today!About the Role:Ennoble Care is looking for a Per Diem Hospice Registered Nurse within the Oklahoma City, OK region to provide care and support to terminally ill patients. Your presence and services should bring comfort to the person who faces the end of their lives and help them reach acceptance and peace of mind. A compassionate nature and excellent interpersonal skills will make you a good candidate for this position. We expect you to be knowledgeable in caring for the terminally ill, performing tasks such as administering medication and providing emotional support. The goal is to help patients live their final days with dignity and comfort. The responsibilities for this position include the following:Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan careTriage phone callsMake visits to the patient as needed to evaluate their conditionProvide support and comfort according to individual patient's needsWork with caregivers to plan and execute excellent patient careHelp in administering medicationAlleviate sudden symptoms of the disease's end phaseNotify a doctor for a patient's condition when deemed necessaryAssist patients and their families with paperworkMaintain accurate recordsHelp relatives cope with the upcoming loss and provide post-mortem supportAbout You:A valid RN license to practice within the State of OKProven experience as hospice nurse or registered nurseKnowledge of nursing care processes and medication guidelines/side-effectsCommitted to safety precautions and high ethical standardsSound judgement and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and bilingual a plusCompassionate and patient with an emotional stabilityPay Rate: $65.00 per visit, $65.00 per pronouncement, $120.00 per admission, and milage reimbursement at $0.65 per mile
