Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Minnesota PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience providing care in home health and outpatient settings preferred, including working across the Twin Cities South and western suburbs.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous travel PTA experience preferred. Experience with mobility training, therapeutic exercise, and patient education preferred.

Position type: Home Health travel assignment serving the Twin Cities area, primarily South and western suburbs. Candidate may be required to travel or float across multiple client service areas within the region.
