Volusia Mall, 1700 West Int'l Speedway Blvd Space 240, Daytona Beach, FL 32114, USA Description Part Time Regular The sales associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling stock and replenishment, and maintaining the store’s appearance and brand standards. Responsibilities Achieve or exceed established sales, productivity, and other key performance indicators. Actively participate in all contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs. Use selling skills and customer service standards as set in company training. Develop and maintain customer relationships with a friendly attitude and excellent service; answer the telephone professionally. Meet company standards for store appearance, product knowledge, and store operations. Assist store management with maintaining the store, keeping sales floor and stock area clean and organized. Follow visual merchandising standards, keeping fixtures straightened and displays colorized. Assist with markdowns in a timely manner and complete work within deadlines. Follow all security policies and procedures, including zone defense, recognizing potential loss prevention issues. Watch for potential shortages and notify management of theft or shoplifting incidents. Able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming. Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time during shift.
