Receptionist—Devens, Massachusetts As a Receptionist for TaraVista in Devens, Massachusetts, you’ll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. A Receptionist is an integral part of our multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Answering incoming calls and directing calls to appropriate associates. Assisting family members during visitation, including directing them to locker areas to store personal belongings during visits. Mail distribution and additional clerical duties. Extensive contact with the public and serving as the front‑facing representative of our hospital. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Professional representation of the hospital as the first point of contact, demonstrating a calm and courteous demeanor at all times. Previous experience working directly with the public required. Strong verbal communication skills with excellent telephone etiquette. Basic computer skills, including minimal typing and routine task completion. Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
