Sr. Applications Engineer - INTL India

Insight Global is assisting a Cybersecurity client of ours in seeking a Senior Enterprise Systems and Security Systems Applications Engineer to join their Enterprise Data & AI team to be a technical leader driving the design and implementation of AI-First Systems.

What You Will Do

Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise systems that support transformation into an AI-first organization.

Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Workday, or other Enterprise, GTM, and Security applications to drive business efficiency and scalability.

Partner across business and engineering teams to identify high-leverage opportunities for automation, integration, and system modernization.

Drive the architecture and execution of platform-level capabilities, leveraging AI and modern tooling to reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, and increase system resilience.

Provide technical leadership to internal engineers and external development partners, ensuring design quality, operational excellence, and long-term maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of experience in an Engineering, Science, Systems, or similar role w/ proven track record of leading the design, development, and deployment of AI-First Enterprise Systems.

Extensive hands-on experience designing, building, configuring, integrating, and maintaining AI-first enterprise systems, including Salesforce, Workday, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Zoom, Ironclad, Luminance, Box, Monday, Jira, JSM, JPD, GitHub, GitLab, Freshservice, Freshdesk, GCP, AWS, and more.

Experience working with SSO protocols (e.g., SAML, OIDC, SCIM), enterprise identity tools (e.g., Okta), and MDM platforms (e.g., Kandji) in a fast-paced environment.

Experience developing integrations and automations using tools like Workato and Tines.

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesloft, and data enrichment platforms (e.g., Clearbit, ZoomInfo, etc.).


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Mac and Windows operating systems.

Experience working with Agile and iterative development processes.

Understanding of network architecture.
