Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
