Role Description The Financial Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. This role involves working directly with clients to assess their financial goals, analyze their current financial situation, and develop tailored financial plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on insurance coverage, retirement planning, tax-efficient strategies, and investment options aligned with client objectives and risk tolerance. The Financial Advisor will conduct regular portfolio reviews, prepare client reports, and communicate complex financial concepts in a clear, accessible manner. The role also includes staying current with market trends and financial regulations, collaborating with internal teams in insurance and accounting, and supporting business development through client referrals and relationship management.\n
Qualifications

- Strong Financial Planning and Financial Advisory skills, with the ability to create comprehensive, client-focused strategies. \n
- Solid understanding of Finance and Investments, including asset allocation, risk management, and portfolio analysis. \n
- Experience with Retirement Planning, including long-term savings strategies and income planning for retirement. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and explain financial concepts clearly to diverse clients. \n
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, or equivalent) preferred. \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. \n
- Ability to work on-site in New York, NY, and collaborate effectively with insurance, accounting, and investment teams. \n
- High ethical standards, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency with financial planning tools and office software. \n
