New Home Sales ConsultantThe objective of this position is to be responsible for the sale and closure of new single-family homes in assigned communities. The sales consultant is expected to be proficient in coordinating all aspects of the home buying process and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:Sell the company's product in a manner consistent with company policy and at a volume that meets or exceeds set quotasLearn, master and utilize company specific sales forms, reports, procedures, contracts and policiesTraining will be providedEstablish partnerships with local real estate agents and brokerages through marketing, frequent office visits, phone and e-mail follow upSupport offered from in-house marketing team as neededAttend real estate networking functionsHost real estate functionsBecome an expert on the company's product lines, subdivisions and relative community facilitiesGreet all prospective customers who enter the model homeTour prospective customers, learning their needs and selling the features of the home appropriatelyKeep model home site well maintained and presentable at all times, including adhering to company standards for the presentation of marketing materialsRequired QualificationsEnergetic, self-motivated and customer-driven sales professional who approaches challenges with enthusiasm and a positive attitudeStrong work ethic and a desire to succeed, meeting personal and professional goals as well as providing a top-level experience for all customersResults orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent presentation skillsAdaptive to new technologyAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentProfessional appearanceFriendly, enthusiastic and approachableAble to make connections with potential customers and make them feel comfortableWell organized and self-directedFamiliar with basic computer programs, especially Outlook and ExcelSales experience is preferred, but is not required to be in real estateThis position requires weekend and evening hours.
