Responsibilities Introduction and implementation of modern AI solutions Analysis and optimization of existing processes Development of digital and automated processes Development of smart workflows for administration, project management and sales Supporting our teams in the use of AI Testing and implementing new technologies Helping to shape the digital future of the TLC Group Qualifications Enthusiasm for AI, digitalization and innovation Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or automations Understanding of business processes Independent and solution-oriented way of working Motivation to actively shape change Hands-on mentality and initiative An advantage Experience with process automation Knowledge of digital workflows More important to us than perfect references are: Ideas, motivation and strength of implementation.
