Linder Turf & Tractor is committed to putting our customers first. Our parent company has been selling and servicing equipment since 1953. In 2018, we began our turf and tractor division, and since then, we've grown to 7 Kubota/Deutz Fahr branches in 3 states.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the service department.

Responsibilities:

• Assist service manager with opening work orders
• Assist service manager with incoming customers
• Backup service manager for gatekeeper for timekeeping
• Answer service phone calls and schedule work
• Contacts outside vendors to request services
• Processes invoices for service
• Generates purchase orders
• Processes warranty claims
• Orders parts for service department
• Provides backup to the receptionist when needed

Other responsibilities as requested by the manager.
