The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between clients and insurance providers, overseeing policy administration from inception through renewal while maintaining strong client relationships. This position demands a proactive individual who can effectively coordinate with underwriters, brokers, and clients to resolve issues and deliver comprehensive insurance coverage. Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring accurate and timely policy administration.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding promptly to their inquiries and providing expert advice.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and underwriters to obtain quotes, endorsements, and renewals.
• Review and interpret insurance policies, endorsements, and coverages to ensure client needs are met.
• Assist clients with claims processing and act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers during claim resolution.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all accounts, communications, and transactions.
• Proactively identify opportunities for clients to enhance or optimize their insurance coverage.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support business development initiatives and client retention strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing commercial lines insurance accounts.

• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including general liability, property, business auto, and workers' compensation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex insurance issues independently and efficiently.
• Professional Property & Casualty insurance license.
