Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager
A growing insurance agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join its Commercial Lines Insurance team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the insurance industry—no prior experience is required, and full training will be provided.
The Account Manager will support the servicing and management of a book of commercial clients, ensuring that all policy-related needs are met with accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and capable of handling a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with servicing a book of commercial insurance clients
- Prepare quotes and process policy renewals and changes
- Communicate with clients and insurance carriers regarding coverage details and policy updates
- Maintain accurate and organized client records in internal systems
- Support the team with administrative tasks and follow-up as needed
Ideal Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Willingness to learn and pursue licensing in the insurance field
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
