Accounting Manager

Overview Beacon Hill Financial is working with an organization in New Jersey to bring an experienced Accounting Manager to their team. This role plays a critical part in managing accounting functions, ensuring GAAP compliance, and strengthening the process. This role requires onsite work on a hybrid schedule in Jersey City, NJ. Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll functions. Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
