We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Key Holder to join our team and help create an outstanding shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership and grow their career in retail management. Position Overview
As a Key Holder, you will serve as a vital member of our management support team. You'll help lead daily store operations, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with opening and closing procedures. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and is eager to develop leadership skills. Our ideal candidate is:

- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing
- Promote teamwork and a positive store culture

Requirements Our Best Fit Candidates Would Have:
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead by example and support team success
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Comfortable wearing western boots while working
- Ability to move and handle merchandise weighing up to 60 pounds
- Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and store technology
