Service Setting: Inpatient

Coverage Type: Clinical + Call

Coverage Period: Ongoing

Clinical Shift Schedule: TBD; 7 On/7 Off (Rotation)

On-Call Shift Schedule: Home Call After Daily Rounds

Call Type: Home Call

PATIENT INFORMATION

Patient Demographics: Premature, critically ill newborns, and newborn nursery patients

Patient Volume/Census: TBD

Annual Deliveries: Approximately 1,5002,000

Admissions: Yes

Rounding: Included

Phone Consults: As Needed

Case Mix: Neonatal intensive care and newborn nursery management

FACILITY INFORMATION

Practice Setting: 34-Bed Level III NICU

Team Structure: 2 Neonatologists and 4 NNPs

24/7 In-House NNP Coverage

NNP-Led Neonatal Transport Team

Collaborative multidisciplinary neonatal care environment

Neonatal intensive care management

Evidence-based neonatal treatment protocols

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Active MO Medical License or willing to obtain

BC/BE in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine

DEA

Clean Record (highly preferred)
