- Clean Malpractice/License History
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start)

Description:
We are seeking a full-time Neonatologist to join a collaborative and high-acuity NICU team.
This position offers a balanced 7-on/7-off schedule and a home call model.
The role includes providing comprehensive neonatal care in a 34-bed Level III NICU.
The NICU serves a wide range of acuity and case complexity.
You will collaborate within a team model that includes two Neonatologists and four Neonatal Nurse Practitioners.
Daily responsibilities include conducting neonatal rounds and managing patient care plans.
You will oversee and support 24/7 in-house NNP coverage.
Participation in home call coverage after completing daily rounds is required.
You will manage newborn nursery rounds as part of patient care responsibilities.
The position supports approximately 1,500 to 2,000 annual deliveries.
Care will be delivered in alignment with evidence-based protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams in a collegial and supportive clinical environment.
This role will contribute to ongoing clinical excellence and advancements in neonatal care.
Residency within the immediate local area is required.
