What’s in it for you: Site Location: Durham, NC Security Supervisor Positions Available Saturday - Sunday | 6am-2pm = 16 hour shift Saturday-Sunday 2pm-10pm | Monday -Tuesday 10pm-6am = 32 hour shift Competitive hourly wage of 19.65/HR for Supervisor (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!) Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities of a Shift Supervisor Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors Manage access control Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Answer questions in person or by phone Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Scheduling Ensuring all posts remain covered Communicating with your manager Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard Be authorized to work in the U.S. PPSB license required CPR required Valid Drivers License Required Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED Pass an extensive screening process Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better! Have a state license if required Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
