Mobility Specialist

Assignment length: 6 Months, with potential to extend or convert based on performance and business needs. Position Summary: We are seeking a Global Mobility Coordinator (Contract) to support day‑to‑day immigration and relocation operations during a period of program transition and vendor consolidation. This role is responsible for coordinating active mobility cases, maintaining accurate records and reporting, supporting employee communications, and partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Key Responsibilities Immigration Coordination Coordinate initiation of immigration cases with employees, managers, and external immigration counsel Track case progress, key milestones, and required documentation Maintain accurate case records and provide timely status updates Support employee communication throughout the immigration lifecycle Identify and elevate risks, delays, and urgent work authorization issues Relocation & Mobility Operations Support domestic and international relocation activities Coordinate relocation service initiation and vendor engagement Monitor mobility requests and track case progress Maintain mobility tracking tools, dashboards, and documentation Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to mobility programs Track and resolve vendor service issues in a timely manner Monitor service‑level agreements (SLAs) and case progress Document employee feedback and identify recurring trends Support data transfer, documentation, and process coordination efforts Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Legal, and external providers to ensure seamless case execution Reporting & Compliance Maintain accurate immigration and mobility records Update reports, dashboards, and tracking tools regularly Monitor aging cases and proactively identify risks Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all processes Qualifications Experience in global mobility, immigration, HR operations, employee services, or a related field Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy Customer‑service mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders Preferred Experience with immigration case management Experience supporting employee relocations (domestic and/or international) Experience working with external vendors and/or legal counsel Background in HR operations or shared services Familiarity with systems such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or similar platforms Experience supporting a global workforce Benefits Disclosure "Russell Tobin offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors." #J-18808-Ljbffr
