The candidate will be required to collaborate with project stakeholders regularly to understand daily tasks in a fast‑paced engineering environment. Follow verbal and written process steps for assembling prototype products Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers to develop best assembly practices Propose improvements to reduce product cost and assembly time Redline assembly procedures and Bills of Materials based on findings Assist Manufacturing Engineers with developing work cells What You Need to Bring to the Table (Functional Knowledge & Skills): PCBA (through‑hole and SMT) certifications/experience (preferred) Fabrication skills (e.g., hand drill, drill press) (preferred) Familiarity with production and lean principles (preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to convey complex information and build consensus Bonus Points!
