Pulmonology/Critical Care Medicine - Physician - Loveland, Colorado

UCHealth Medical Group seeks fellowship-trained Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine Physicians who are board-eligible or board-certified in both pulmonary disease and critical care medicine. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, interested in full-time work, and focused on excellent patient care. Located in Northern Colorado, this role includes outpatient and inpatient responsibilities with an emphasis on high-quality, evidence-based care and a strong work-life balance. Responsibilities Enjoy a 60/40 mix of inpatient pulmonary and critical care work and outpatient pulmonary medicine. Provide inpatient services at Medical Center of the Rockies (level 1 trauma; expanding ICU and inpatient beds with a new tower to be completed in 2026), Poudre Valley Hospital, and Greeley Hospital. Work with integrated advanced practice providers (APPs) and a team-centered approach to inpatient care. Share weekend and weeknight call among the team, with an average of 2–3 call nights per month and about 1 in 5 weekends on daytime inpatient service; a dedicated nocturnist is included. Operate within the EPIC EMR system across the network. Locations Pulmonary clinics are located in Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley, Colorado (within a 30-minute radius). Qualifications Fellows in Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine who are board-eligible or board-certified in pulmonary disease and critical care medicine. Enthusiastic, patient-focused, and committed to full-time practice. Ability to work within a team-based model with integrated APP support. We are unable to sponsor visa candidates for this position. Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this full-time position is $407,000–$452,000 annually; a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered if applicable. After 2 years, consideration for partnership with group governance and quarterly bonus structure. Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates. Paid malpractice; generous continuing medical education (CME) allowance. 403(b) with employer matching; 457(b) voluntary option if eligible.
