Facilities Manager

Lincoln Tech's soon-to-open Rowlett, TX, campus needs a technically sharp Facilities Manager who takes real ownership of a building and everything in it. If you know your way around HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems — and you're the kind of person who spots a problem before it becomes one — we want to hear from you. What You'll Own Day-to-day operation and maintenance of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment Safety inspections and full compliance with state, local, fire, and building codes, including OSHA standards Vendor and contractor relationships — sourcing, negotiating, and managing service agreements Campus procurement and budget management in partnership with the Campus President Emergency preparedness and security protocols Oversight of any wiring, electrical, plumbing, and equipment installation or repair What You Bring Hands-on technical knowledge of building systems — HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical 3 years of facilities or building management experience Associate's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience Familiarity with fire safety, OSHA standards, and emergency preparedness Comfort operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and similar equipment safely Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and facilities or campus safety software Background in criminal justice, fire service, or safety and prevention is a plus What We Offer Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Life and Disability Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off and Holidays Real growth opportunities within a nationally recognized organization About Lincoln Tech For 80 years, Lincoln Tech has been one of the nation's leading providers of career training in Healthcare, Automotive/Diesel, Skilled Trades, and Information Technology.
