Shipping/Receiving

Shipping/Receiving position available at a company in Saint Louis, MO. This is a 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire.

Shipping/Receiving responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders for accuracy and damage.
Unload trucks and stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
Coordinate shipments with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.).
Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping logs.
Pick, pull, and stage orders for production or customer delivery.
Load outbound trucks and ensure orders are complete and on time.
Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack).
Communicate with production, purchasing, and leadership regarding shortages or discrepancies.
Keep warehouse/shipping areas clean and organized.
Follow all safety and quality standards.

Shipping/Receiving requirements:

Prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience (manufacturing preferred).
Forklift experience.
Basic computer/data entry skills for tracking shipments and inventory.
Ability to read packing slips, bills of landing, and work orders.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Ability to lift ~50 lbs. and work on your feet.
