Empower teams and shape regional marketing success.Job DescriptionMarketing Manager OverviewThe Marketing Manager will lead and inspire a dynamic marketing team, driving visibility and strengthening the client’s presence in the region.Collaborate with technical leaders and business developers to ensure clear messaging and compelling marketing materials.Shape and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market trends.Foster a culture of growth, innovation, and collaboration within the marketing team.Contribute to strategic planning initiatives to support business development and client engagement.Ensure branding consistency and high-quality deliverables across all marketing channels and materials.Monitor and analyze market research data to inform strategies and identify opportunities.Empower teams through mentorship, coaching, and professional development initiatives.Promote continuous improvement and creativity within the marketing department.Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities & DutiesLead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing direction and performance feedback.Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.Collaborate with leadership on workload planning, training, and departmental objectives.Ensure quality control and compliance for all marketing deliverables.Analyze research data and share insights with business development teams.Track marketing metrics and outcomes to inform strategy and improvements.Participate in industry events and professional organizations to stay current with trends.Oversee branding and messaging consistency across all marketing channels.Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that supports professional growth.Marketing Manager Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in A/E/C or professional services industries.Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop teams.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) certification is preferred.Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and communication skills.Experience in proposal writing and business development strategies.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Commitment to continuous improvement and fostering innovation within the team.
