Requirements Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in solution engineering and stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting. Experience in system architecture and reading code (e.g., Python). Preferred qualifications Experience managing relationships with (or directly working with) external partners/clients. Experience with technical support and troubleshooting. Experience partnering with executive cross‑functional stakeholders and influencing successfully across organizational boundaries. Strong project/program management experience working across cross‑functional teams and ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. Background in technology, data‑analysis, or project management. Responsibilities Maintain the end‑to‑end technical relationship between Google Flights products and airline partners. Partner with embedded Google Cloud Consulting team members to deliver seamless support and innovation. Provide project management and consultative support, influencing product strategy and the development of scalable tools. Work closely with internal teams and vendor operations to streamline business processes, develop detailed documentation, and increase the overall efficiency of product implementation and support for partners. Define project deliverables with Google Cloud customers and Flights Solutions Engineers, develop detailed project plans, track progress, identify dependencies and potential roadblocks, and mitigate risk to ensure successful deliveries. Gather and document customer requirements, authoring and obtaining agreement on these documents. Manage troubleshooting and resolution of integration‑related issues, work closely with technical teams, and provide high‑touch support for airline partners. Coordinate closely with internal teams to provide feedback to Product, Sales, and related teams on opportunities to improve product design. Optimize airline partners’ relationship with Google to aid onboarding, new feature notification, and drive adoption rates and partner quality. Benefits US: $102,000 - $145,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits.
