Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care. Maintain accurate up‑to‑date medical records and patient charts. Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program; current certification and licensure.
