Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
• Manage the full Accounts Receivable cycle, including invoicing, payment posting, and account maintenance
• Monitor Accounts Receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances
• Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and account questions
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Apply cash receipts and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records
• Support month-end processes and reporting related to Accounts Receivable


Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, or general accounting
• Understanding of accounts receivable processes, reconciliations, and payment application
• Experience working within an ERP or accounting system
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
