The Agency Administrator – Insurance Brokerage plays a crucial role in supporting licensed brokers through backend operational tasks. This position involves managing policy renewals, handling paperwork, and navigating carrier portals such as Travelers, Progressive, and Hartford. Designed with entry-level candidates or college interns in mind, the role is ideal for individuals pursuing studies in business administration, finance, or marketing. While typically part-time or seasonal with hybrid flexibility, this opportunity also exists on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Support licensed brokers by processing policy renewals efficiently
• Manage and update carrier portals including Travelers, Progressive, and Hartford
• Handle all necessary paperwork related to insurance brokerage activities
• Maintain clear communication with clients through professional phone etiquette
• Assist with daily backend operations to ensure smooth agency workflow

Required Qualifications

• Active college enrollment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• No active insurance license required; willingness to pursue Property & Casualty licensing if sponsored

Preferred Qualifications

• College intern status, especially with a focus on business administration, finance, or marketing
